Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.

Prices
All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).  Our ABN number is 80101767482.  All prices are subject to availability.

Deposit
Your credit card details will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that your credit card details are taken as a guarantee of your booking.  Full payment will be charged to your credit card within 10 days prior to check-in. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Amendment and Cancellation Conditions
Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing.  There are no refunds for bookings within 10 days of your arrival date. Rescheduling will be subject to the Amendment and Cancellation Conditions.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival:
Campsite bookings – no penalty

Bookings cancelled up to and including 10 days prior to arrival (includes No Shows):
Campsite bookings – 100% of booking

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests take out Travel Insurance that will cover guests in case they test positive for COVID-19 and need to amend or cancel, and therefore incur the above conditions.

General
These Terms and Conditions are for bookings made directly via the Francvillers Bush Camping website. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

Late Check-Out
Late check-outs may be available upon request. Please make contact to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the accommodation is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

Guarantee Policy
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check-in.

No Party Policy
For the benefit of all guests, Francvillers Bush Camping has a strict no party policy. In the event that any campsite/guest is identified as having a party, the property reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the campsite to vacate the premises. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the campsite and any required repairs.

Identification
Upon arrival Guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.

Under 18’s Policy 
All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/responsible adult over the age of 18 years.  The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.

Special Requests
We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.
​
Dietary Requirements
Any requests for special dietary requirement need to be advised more than 48 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel
Each booking at Francvillers Bush Camping is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.

Limitation of Liability 
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Francvillers Bush Camping both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever.  They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Francvillers Bush Camping provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Francvillers Bush Camping of the linked website or any information contained in it.

Health
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.
​
Smoking
All rubbish must be taken with you.
​
Pet Policy
All pets must be on a leash. Service animals are welcome.
